It’s Not Too Late

Have you ever wondered, “God, what do You have for me?  Did I miss Your plan? Am I ever going to do what You put in my heart?  Will my dreams just sit on a shelf?”  Friend, God is working even when you’re wondering.

In the greatest messes of your life, God is working out His greatest masterpiece: you.  In all you go through, God is using it to make you the person He has designed you to be.  april-showers-photo-by-aussiegallIt may sound a bit corny, but you really do need to take the rain, along with the sunshine, in order to see the flowers grow to display their beauty.  All the bad we go through makes it that much more powerful to see God, Who is good, work good in our lives.  God can take pain and turn it into gain.  He can take your disappointment and turn into His appointment.  When you give your problems to God, He can give you help.

Through it all, God is working for you.  He is developing in you a trust that won’t be shaken, so that no matter what comes your way, your response will always be, “God, I trust You.”  As you take steps, walking with God, you will see His plan unfold one step, one day at a time.  As long as you have breath, you can become who God intended you to be.  Know this: God saves the best for last.  Nothing is lost when you give it over to God.  As we cast our cares on God, He takes care of us.

Always remember, God’s got your back.  That means God loves you.  He is watching over you to prosper you and make things even better than they would have been if the hard times had never happened.  God will give you favor so He can put you where He wants you to be.  Doors will open and people will begin to take notice of you.  He will bring you to a place of promotion, blessing and honor.  So keep loving and serving God.  No matter what, keep your heart right with God and He will vindicate you, make things right, and cause you to be paid back for your troubles.  Do not give up, pay day is coming for those who hold fast to the Lord.

Your best days are in front of you.  It’s never too late.  Believe God, know God, and love God, and you will see the Lord’s reward.  He rewards those who faithfully seek after, serve, and stay with Him.  As you do, you will have a song of praise and a testimony about God’s faithfulness and His working in your life.

As they say, your test will be your testimony.  Your mess will become your message.  And your problem will become your praise for all God has done.  As a result, God will get glory from your life.  And, really, isn’t that most important thing?
